Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory Trust (SBBOT)
August Bank Holiday Open Days
Sunday 24th and Monday 25th, 9.00 - 16.00
Please join us for some summer fun. We will be taking guided walks around Sandwich Bay every hour, on the hour, including bug hunts and beachcombing.
There will also be activities at the Field Centre including childrens activities, hot and cold refreshments, natural history displays, stalls, art exhibition by John Hollyer, photographic exihibtions by Justin de Villeneuve and Tony Flashman.

Guided trips from Sandwich Quay to Pegwell Bay lasting approximately two hours. The emphasis is looking for birds and seals.
Numbers are limited so please book at the Field Centre to avoid disappointment.
Cost £10.00 members, £12.00 non-members

A fun evening of quiz, food (provided) and drink (your own!) that has no relation to birding - your general knowledge will be tested. The evening starts at 19.30 at the Field Centre.
These events are very popular so please book a table with L Kember (01843 590203) to avoid disappointment.
Cost £5 per person, maximum of 8 people per table.

An informal group of amateur and experienced photographers who meet to swap ideas and knowledge. Some of their photographs are displayed in the Field Centre. This group meets on the first Sunday of every month at 10.00- all are welcome.
