Sandwich Bay Wildlife Explorers
This is a group run for 8 to 12 year olds in conjunction with the RSPB. The aim is to bring nature to life by having fun with lots of hands on activites.
Events take place in and around the Field Centre on the last Saturday of the month from 10.00 till 14.00 and costs just £2.50 each session per child.
In order to take part children must be registered with SBBOT. Please e-mail sbbot@talk21.com to register your interest and request registration forms. Events will be limited to 20 children so please contact us as soon as possible.
Each month has a theme (listed below) and we also try to visit the Ringing Room, look at the moths caught overnight and go out for a walk on the reserves if weather permits. Therefore please ensure your child wears suitable footwear and clothing that doesn't matter if it gets dirty or spoiled.

| August 26th & 27th | SBBOT Anniversary Fair - no WEX meeting but young volunteers needed for stalls |
| September 29th | Pond dipping |
| October 27th | Fungus Foray |
| November 24th | Christmas cakes for birds - messy activity!! |
